When you have filled 100% of the altar’s energy, you need to place 4 Totem of Lizardman on the altar
Totem of Lizardman can be obtained from the monsters Lizardman Captain, Lizardman Mage Elder
There is an altar protection. Anyone who has filled a larger percentage of the altar’s energy has priority in calling the boss, up to 20min. This means that only in these 20 minutes he will be able to put the keys of the call, and after the expiration of time - everyone will be able to.
There is also loot protection, it lasts 1 minute after killing the boss. The one who put the keys and called the boss will be able to loot. One condition is that it is necessary to damage the boss, otherwise the defense will not work.
