Artefact Recipe 2

The chance to drop from a Monster, be found in a Chest or with a Treasure Map is equivalent to the Atifact lvl.
If for example a mob can drop the Artifact , the Recipe and have a chance.

Can be found in Treasure Maps lvl 8.
