To call the Boss: Visit the Boss Altar. It is necessary to kill the monsters in the area, untill the Altar have accumulated enough Energy to call the Boss.
When the altar is on 100% Energy, you need 4 Ice Core's, which can be found in Chests and Corpses of Monsters in the Ice Dungen.
You need to be put the Ice Core's on the Altars which will call the Boss. (In the War Projection of the World, to reach 100% of the energy at the Altar, you must kill 2 times less Monsters than the Peaceful Projection.)
