Ice Fiend boss lives in the Ice Dungeon Level 1 dungeon . To call the boss, you need to fill the altar with energy up to 100%, kill monsters at this level of the dungeon.

Ice Core is mined from this elemental's Ice elemental .
There is an altar protection. Anyone who has filled a larger percentage of the altar’s energy has priority in calling the boss, up to 20min. This means that only in these 20 minutes he will be able to put the keys of the call, and after the expiration of time - everyone will be able to.
